My bandwidth be slowed down without
notice if I use excessively? |
Most
of the major ISPs have started
to slow down your bandwidth since
April, 2009 without notice if
used excessively (in the same
way as other countries). Although
bandwidth management is necessary
to keep the quality of connection
to all users, you will be advised
in advance of your bandwidth shaping
(slow down). |

DON’T limit your downloading
bandwidth (this is MOST IMPORTANT). |

limit only your uploading
bandwidth to 2.8Mbps for 7days
if you upload more than 30GB
per day.
Downloading bandwidth WILL

We
believe this is one of the most
fair and generous management policies
in Japan, considering that other
ISPs shape (slow down) your bandwidth
without prior notice, and in many
cases other ISPs shape both downloading
and uploading bandwidth without
prior notice if used excessively.
Usually you use
uploading bandwidth for sending
e-mails and you don’t need big
bandwidth for it.
Even if you use BitTorrent, you
need to adjust your uploading
speed (in the software) to under
1Mbps so that your computer resources
will not be abused by other BitTorrent
users.
However, downloading bandwidth
is always very important for web
browsing, e-mail and high speed
video streaming such as “Sling
Box” (and even for BitTorrent).
So we DON’T limit downloading
bandwidth in any cases. We hope
this is fair enough for you.

Yes,
we provide “1 Static IP Plan”
at very reasonable fees. Basically
this is a corporate plan and we
don’t limit uploading bandwidth
as well as downloading if you
choose this plan. |

there any minimum term agreement?
What is your billing & cancellation
policy? |
There
is no minimum term agreement.
Upon your cancellation request,
we will send you out a cancellation
form. Please fill it out and send
it back to us, then we will send
you a confirmation that your cancellation
is complete.
The first month is Free &
and you are charged every month
after that, at the end of each
month. If you cancel in the middle
of month, you will be charged
for the whole month. |
