do I need ISP separately in
Japan?
At how NTT works in Japan,
they own majority
Of the telecommunications.
To avoid monopolization, NTT
East Japan and
NTT West Japan (they own the
optical fiber
/ telephone line network)
are not permitted to
own the ISP (Internet Service
Provider) so that
means it will be a separate
bill for the ISP and
another bill for the network
service.
